Obviously you have access to over 500 videos of movements and exercises that provide great detail on how to execute them properly. This includes stretching, warm-up, and mobility techniques.
Not sure if you're doing it right? We've got you covered. You can take video of yourself doing any particular exercise and click the "Record Technique" button to upload it directly to our system. We will get your video immediately and be able to watch you be awesome. We can then leave you notes and give you direction on what you're doing well or what you should improve on
That's enough? You're good? No, no. We're not done. This is "Form" Fit. We want you to be absolutely sure you're moving properly. So we decided to develop the "Teaching Technique" program. You will gain access to videos that teach you about sets and reps, how to choose weight, the importance of rest periods, and more. It also has a video breakdown that takes your hand and walks you through the steps to mastering the primary movements. It's fool proof!
The Form Fundamentals program is where you learn how to breathe, walk, talk, and chew bubble gum. Okay, maybe one of those is a lie. But we believe that everyone should be trained on these kinds of basics before starting any fitness regimen. You should know how to use your core before you start moving weights with it. We haven't quite figured out how to implement an arm that pops out of your phone and smacks unhealthy food out of your hands yet. But we're working on it. Until then, this is your next best thing. You can simply snap a picture of each of your meals and we will be able to give you tips and tricks on how to adjust your eating habits. That way we can learn what you like and make adjustments to compliment your particular palate while reaching your goals. (Great & Perfect Fit only)
You can simply link the accounts of any of the above platforms to your Online Coaching System account and we will have full access to your activity and eating habits.
